Israeli warplanes have reportedly launched a new wave of air raids targeting multiple towns across southern Lebanon as tensions in the region continue escalating.
According to Lebanon’s state-run National News Agency, several locations in the Nabatieh region and nearby districts were struck during the latest attacks.
The report stated that the towns of Barashit and Kfar were among the areas targeted, while Yater was reportedly hit in multiple separate air strikes. Additional raids were also carried out on Jmeijmeh and Haris.
Further attacks were reported in Kfardounine in the Bint Jbeil district, along with strikes in Majdal Selm and Blat in the Marjeyoun area.
The latest bombardments are part of an ongoing escalation in Israeli military operations across southern Lebanon, where repeated air raids and rising tensions have continued throughout the day.
The growing conflict has increased international concern over the possibility of wider instability in the Middle East as civilians in affected areas face mounting fear and uncertainty.
